1. Agreement

By contacting ZRIVAX, submitting a project request, or making a payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

ZRIVAX provides AI-powered creative services including:

  • AI Branding
  • AI Commercial Ads
  • UGC Content
  • Custom Graphic Design

All digital deliverables are created using professional AI tools combined with human creative direction. Print projects involve additional manual work and are quoted separately.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on project scope, complexity, and delivery timeline.
  • A project begins only after payment or deposit is confirmed.
  • Prices are quoted in USD for international clients. Local clients may be quoted in BDT.
  • We do not offer refunds once work has begun unless we are unable to deliver the agreed project.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds:

  • Starter: 2 revisions
  • Growth: 5 revisions
  • Brand: 8 revisions
  • Custom: Agreed upfront

Revisions are limited because every change requires new AI generations which consume paid credits. Additional revisions are available at $10 per round.

5. Delivery

  • Most digital projects are delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Complex projects such as full brand identities are delivered within 5–7 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are confirmed before the project begins.
  • ZRIVAX is not responsible for delays caused by the client failing to provide required information on time

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information, brand assets, and references
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner
  • Review and approve deliverables within 5 business days of delivery
  • Use all delivered files within the bounds of applicable copyright and commercial laws

7. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Upon full payment, the client receives full commercial usage rights to all delivered digital files.
  • ZRIVAX retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing or signs an NDA.
  • Raw project files, source files, and AI prompts remain the property of ZRIVAX unless otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality & NDA

All client information and project details are treated as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request before any project begins. Please mention this during your initial inquiry.

9. Prohibited Use

Clients may not use ZRIVAX deliverables for:

  • Illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive material
  • Impersonation of other brands or individuals
  • Any purpose that violates applicable local or international law

10. Limitation of Liability

ZRIVAX is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our deliverables
  • Third-party platform outages or AI tool limitations that affect delivery
  • Client misuse of delivered files

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

12. Changes to These Terms

ZRIVAX reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
